once you have sent the above information you
await a response from us before returning the
goods to us. If you have not heard back within
3 working days, please do not hesitate to contact
us again. Very Important: please
retain the product at fault as this may be required
for further inspection. If the product is not
retained and cannot be presented for further
inspection, so we can form an opinion as to
the cause of the problem, we will not be in
a position to take the issue any further.
Please be assured that
Basta has a high quality focused manufacturing
process to both rigorous in-house and National
standards. Therefore, ensuring the quality of
our products and the satisfaction of our customers
is something we consider most important.
Please be advised, it is Company
Policy that only products deemed to be faulty
due to Bastas manufacturing processes can be
returned and will be replaced. We do not credit
damaged goods.Compliance with the above will
enable us to provide the quality of service
we aspire to, for and on behalf of, our customers.
Conditions and each and every
contract made pursuant thereto shall be governed
by and construed in all respects in accordance
with the Laws of Ireland and the Company and
the customer irrevocably submit to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
